Experience Does Matter!

About Attorney Walter J. Snell

Walter J. Snell

Why Choose Walter J. Snell?

My number one attribute that I offer clients is experience. For the past 25 years, I have represented both individual and corporate clients as debtors and creditors in bankruptcy in both the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Orlando and Jacksonville. In addition, I have handled thousands of state court proceedings in both Volusia and Flagler counties in foreclosure proceedings, civil litigation, credit card disputes and settlement, evictions and probate matters. This has also allowed me to understand the different styles and personalities of opposing counsel as well as the legal demands of both bankruptcy and state court judges and bankruptcy trustees.

I also make it a point to allow each client to explain their legal problems in sufficient detail in order for me to offer all legal options available. My goal for each client is an expedited resolution in a professional environment for a reasonable and fair price. My experience is what allows me to provide this service. Almost every prospective client leaves my office mentally relieved, and with a clear and focused plan for resolution.
